We need to kickstart the engine for this group. People get busy, people's commitments changes, things get left behind. This is true for me and other admins of this group and we apologise. However we want to start a revolution. It's time for a new beginning.
Basically, to start things off to a good start, we need a team. A great dynamic team.
Someone who:
- Has great love for photography
- Passionate about building a photography community
- Passionate about helping others
- Is technically excellent regarding photography techniques
- Has Tough skin.
If you think you have what it takes, please apply for co-founder and/or contributor positions, please reply to this blog post. I will only take serious applicants, so with your application, make sure you tell us what how you can contribute to this group and how will you achieve it.

The Interviews Project + Donations
Hi peeps!
When I started this group a while ago, I wanted to feature some of the outstanding members. In the following weeks/months I'll be conducting a few interviews with photographers of different styles and feature them on the group. Keep a look out! In the mean time, if you know anyone that you think is worth interviewing let us know who they are.

Welcome to our New Contributors
Hi all,
Micheal started the ball rolling a couple of months ago, wanting a complete revamp for Ausphotography. It has been slowly unfolding. The great news is that we've now increased our team to spread the workload around and have welcomed on board some wonderful new contributors who have already been working hard behind the scenes.

Selling Stuff! - More Added!
I want to start an initiative, if you want to sell some of your photography gear, you can send us a note with a link to your eBay listing or any other trading sites. We will then put it up in our journal. If this turns out to be popular, maybe we can have our own custom box :D The purpose of this feature is to help fellow members to sell their gear. If you want to sell your stuff privately (without intermediaries), you can describe what you want to sell in a note. AP is not responsible for any transactions, we are only advertising the sale.

I reckon the best person for a job like this, would be someone like Drewyboy, who's got the experience and who takes great shot's both technically and artistically. Of course, you'd need to persuade him and see if he's got enough time, but I think he'd be perfect for the job.
